About Our Services


Within24 is a technology company that offers same-day delivery solution for E-commerce and brick and motor stores.

To start, you will need to make sure we deliver in your city. Refer to our cities page for more details. Download our smartphone application on Android and IOS. After you sign up, you can submit the delivery request of your online purchases.

Deliveries


3Within24 provide delivery services from Canadian Tire, Ikea, London Drugs, SportChek, Staples, The Home Depot, and Walmart (grocery only). 1Same-day delivery is subject to product availability at your local store, some conditions apply. Please note that we only provide delivery services from the store locations as shown in the smartphone application.

You must authorize WITHIN24 as an alternate pickup person of your online purchase at the checkout screen. Your online seller will request the name of the person authorized to pick up your purchase. In place of your name, as an alternate person, type ‘WITHIN24 DELIVERY SERVICE’ (if numbers are not permitted, type ‘WITHIN-TWENTY FOUR’). Under email address, phone number and address, you must enter your information in the respective fields. If no option for third-party pickup is shown in the seller’s checkout screen, please contact the store for advice before submitting your delivery request.

1Please note that we can only accommodate certain number of deliveries every day. But we continue to increase our deliveries to meet the demand. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

All products must be paid in full at the store before submitting your delivery request. We can deliver in-store or over the phone purchases if the product is ready for pickup at the store by 4:30 pm local time weekdays and 12:30 pm local time weekends. All delivery requests must be submitted before the cut-off time.Please send us your purchase invoice from the store containing item details at orders@within24.ca by 2 pm local time weekdays and 11 am local time weekends. If we do not receive your invoice by this time, we may not deliver, your product, and no refunds will be granted. Please make sure you write the complete order ID (Example Within24 order #5234567) in the subject area of your email. This order ID is available in the order details section of our smartphone application. The order ID is unique to every delivery request submitted. Therefore, you must enter the correct order ID for that delivery. It is important to note that Within24 order ID should be the only subject of your email.

1Cut-off time for same-day delivery is 1 pm local time weekdays and 10 am local time weekends. Delivery requests submitted after the cut-off time may be scheduled for the next day. Please make sure your order is ready for pickup at the store on the day of delivery by 4:30 pm local time weekdays and 12:30 pm local time weekends. If your order is not ready by this time, we may not deliver, your product, and no refunds will be granted. Please note that our package option is only available for stores that are open until 9 pm local time weekdays and 5 pm local time weekends.

1People living in condo and townhouses without elevator can also use our delivery services, but we will only deliver the item on the main floor.

a) Deliveries canceled before 1 pm local time weekdays and 10 am local time weekends are eligible for a refund (credit card processing fees apply).
b) Deliveries canceled after this time will be charged in full, and no refunds will be granted.
c) In case you cancel your delivery, please contact the store for your refund on the products. We cannot process any refunds on store products.

1Your delivery driver will send you an ETA with 2-hour delivery window, so you know when to expect your delivery. The driver will contact you before picking up the order from the store to ensure someone (above the age of majority in the province) is available to hand over and sign for the package. The driver will wait at the store for up to 5 minutes free of charge. Please note that your driver will not pick up the package from the store unless we receive confirmation of availability. If we do not receive confirmation of availability, we may not deliver your package. In this case, you will be charged in full, and no refunds will be granted.

If the person who placed an order is not available, driver will verify the order details and will hand it over to a person above the age of majority in the province who will sign for the package. Once signed, the order is marked as complete.

1A preliminary inspection is done at pickup to minimize the chances of this happening. In case the box was damaged, the driver has an opportunity to decline the pickup. In this case, your delivery driver will contact you for further instructions.

Limitations


1Please note that delivery orders must not contain items that violate any law or regulation. We do not deliver palletized merchandise, open box or shrink-wrapped, pre-assembled or display products. The product must be new, sealed and in manufactures packaging. For products, we do not deliver plants, animals , paint, major appliances, controlled substances including Cannabis, ammunition and fire arms, products whose contents are highly explosive, flammable, radioactive or otherwise dangerous including BBQ cylinders, all tobacco products including electronic smoking products, alcohol and intoxicating beverages, battery and battery acid, hazardous materials. Please refer to our Terms of Use for more details.

Problem Resolution

If the delivery driver is unable to help, you can report a problem. This option is available in order details section of our smartphone application.
